We try to get to know you: not only the “inventory” of your skills, but also what kind of company and people you would like to work for, what skills and technologies you would like to learn. We can also discuss with you and advise you on the best career growth path. We are constantly learning what the latest trends are.

We don’t send your CV anywhere without your approval. We will tell you directly if we have something relevant for you or not so we don’t waste your time.

Active Candidates

Looking for your next job could be a challenging experience. You want someone who listens and understands your background and your future plans. For those of you where the job search is taking longer, our advice is not to send your CV everywhere but to work with one recruiter at a time. This way you can track where your CV goes. Sending your CV everywhere isn’t necessarily helpful and can diminish its value, so make sure to tell the recruiter or headhunter you’re working with to only send your CV with your approval for each position. Let us know if your situation is urgent and we will do our best to help you.

Passive or Executive Level Professionals

If we happen to reach out to you that means we have a great position for you that we would like to present. Most of our placements are people like you who weren’t looking to move to a new job. We study the companies we work with and the position at hand, so we can provide you the information you need for you to decide whether you are interested to be introduced to the company. We handle your application very discretely if you want your application to be confidential. If you are just not interested, but you want to hear of new opportunities, let us know and we will keep in touch. You never know when the perfect job opportunity comes, so we’ll be happy to probe the marketplace for you and be your eyes and ears.
