We start to work with the technical hiring manager and stakeholders to understand and define all the technical requirements and challenges of the job at hand. We also take time to understand the company’s working environment and team dynamics.

We use various tools and methods to generate a list of technically qualified candidates. We then assess our candidates compatibility to your working environment and team dynamics. Once we identify the matches we approach our candidates and see if there is interest in their part. If there is, we do a preliminary interview and assess them and their personality.
